- What are the shipping costs?
To Germany the shipping fee is 5€
Shipping to the EU (Netherlands/Austria/Belgium/France/Denmark) 14€

- How long does the shipping take?
Processing time is about 3-5 working days after payment. If your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us by e-mail.
Further information regarding processing times can be found in the individual articles.
The ordered items will be packed as soon as possible and handed over to our logistics partners DHL ready for shipment.
Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partners.

- What happens after my order?
We will pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partners DHL ready for shipment.
If your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us by e-mail.
- Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Of course! You will receive an invoice immediately after receipt of your order.
- Where are your pieces made?
All garments are produced fairly and sustainably in Portugal in a family business.
- Where will the 50cent per Order be donated?
Every six months we donate the total amount to a charitable institution. Every six months we select a new institution. This half year we support the women’s shelter in Mainz.
- What are your products made of?
Our parts are made of organic cotton, organic cotton/linen blend and Lyocell (Tencel™). The elastane used in the rib and jersey parts is Roica® V550, a yarn that degrades in the environment without releasing harmful substances (non-ecotoxic).
- Are your products vegan?
No animal fibers are used.
- What is the best way to wash the pieces?
We recommend washing the garments at a maximum of 30 degrees, no fabric softener, no dryer and ironing only inside out.
- Is frankie & lou GOTS certified?
frankie & lou does not (yet) have a GOTS certification but the manufacture in which our collections are produced is GOTS certified, as are the materials of which the clothes are made. A GOTS certification of the label is planned in the near future.
